Official: Crews recovering vehicle in Mississippi River in East Dubuque

EAST DUBUQUE, Ill. -- Northwest Illinois emergency responders were on scene this morning at the East Dubuque boat ramp after a vehicle appeared have run into the Mississippi River there.
